Every month allocation market reports are published on the Sibelga website, two days after the last allocation to the market is sent (for electricity: M+17 days and for gas: M+32 days), in order to enable an initial,  quick estimate of the quality of the allocation.

The energy suppliers and balance responsibles can then compare their allocation portfolios with the overall values of the distribution grid.

For the electricity market, these reports contain:

  • the monthly volumes of power used allocated per SLP (S10, S11, S12, S21, S22) and per distribution grid operator in kWT.
With synthetic load profiles, the corrected values are published.
  • the grid losses (S70), in kWT,
  • the minimum, the maximum and the weighted average of residual factors (S89)
(compared with the corrected SLP portion of the allocation).

For the gas market, these reports contain:

  • the monthly volumes of gas used allocated per SLP (S30, S31, S32, S41) and per aggregated reception station in kWh.
With synthetic load profiles, the corrected values are published.
  • the minimum, the maximum and the weighted average of residual factors (S88)
(compared with the corrected SLP portion of the allocation).
  • the infeed covering factor (ICF) (S91).
