Demand to hire a radiator

What is the procedure?

1. Call 02 549 41 00 and press 2.
2. We send you the hire contract, together with a list of available appliances, or you can download the contract (FR).
3. Send the completed hire contract to facturation@sibelga.be or to the following address:
   
   Sibelga – Customer Services
   Werkhuizenkaai 16
   1000 Brussels
    
4. A Sibelga technician checks whether it is possible to fit the radiator in total safety.
5. The fitter installs the radiator.
6. You are billed monthly for the rental.
