Every year, we carry out hundreds of energy projects. Here is a list of the most impactful work sites in Brussels.

Our worksites are coordinated with other public services through the regional Osiris platform. This ensures that disruptions due to construction sites in our city are kept to a minimum.

How do we proceed?

Announcement

The affected residents receive a letter and explanatory brochure in their mailboxes 2 weeks before the start of the works. Our worksites are also announced in advance on the regional Osiris platform.

Execution of the works

During our construction sites, we try to reduce the nuisance of our work by installing footbridges to ensure access to the buildings, or by temporarily closing our trenches if the construction site takes place in several phases.

Shops, restaurants and companies can also count on our site mediator.

Finalisation

The final stage of the project consists of connecting the buildings to the new cables or pipes. This operation is carried out building by building. It is followed by the final repaving work.
