The cost of a meter check is high if it does not reveal any defects. However, if your meter is found to be defective, you will not be charged for the inspection and your meter will be replaced free of charge.
Prepare your request
We need to know the EAN code of your meter. This code always starts with 5414489 (more info).
Complete the mandate form with the owner. You must attach this document to the work request, completed and signed.
