Please note: this includes the entire weekend, Monday 10 November and the public holiday on 11 November.

Customer service

Our customer service (telephone / customer office) will therefore exceptionally close earlier at 3:00 PM on Friday 7 November.

  • Requests for meter work (some requests remain available)
  • Contact forms
  • Online dossier consultations

My Sibelga App (consumption app)

  • Creating new accounts
  • Granting permission for automatic smart meter reading
  • Possibly no access to consumption data

Our recommendation

Please submit urgent requests before Friday 7 November 3:00 PM, or wait until after Tuesday 11 November 6:00 PM.

If you absolutely need to submit a reqeust during this period, you can do so via clients@sibelga.be. As our offices are closed, your file can only be processed at the earliest on Wednesday 12 November.
