Sibelga does not process refunds automatically. If you receive an invoice with a balance in your favour, you need to submit a request yourself. How you do this depends on your situation.

Are you a protected customer?

Submit your request via our specific form in My Sibelga (an account is required). Make sure you have the following ready:

  • A copy of your identity card
  • Your bank account number
  • The 10-digit code on your invoice (starts with 9)

Other situations

For other refunds, please contact our customer service. Here are some examples for other types of refunds:

  • following works on your connection
  • payments as a fairground operator or for a festivity
  • payments related to a fraud case or for consumption without an energy contract
  • ...
