Owning or managing a high-voltage cabin brings with it responsibilities. This also gives you access to dedicated services from Sibelga.

In order to guide you, we have created a practical guide for owners and users of a high-voltage cabin (FR)

Your responsibilities

Managing a high-voltage installation involves significant responsibilities! The compliance of your cabin is essential:

  • for the safety of individuals;
  • to ensure the maximum lifetime of your equipment;
  • for the continued power supply for your site.

In the event of a claim, you may be liable and your insurance may not pay!

It is your responsibility to have  your installation inspected, maintained and, if necessary, to carry out the work required so as to ensure that it complies with the standards in force, as set out in the General Regulations for Electric Installations. In addition, you must allow safe access for Sibelga technicians.

For more technical information, please read the Synergrid technical specifications.

Alerts and dedicated incident line

An interruption can occur at any time of the day, but also at night or at the weekend. If the building is unoccupied, you may not be aware of the disconnection and therefore cannot intervene to prevent possible damage. In order to remedy this, Sibelga offers to inform you personally by SMS if the high-voltage supply to your cabin is interrupted.

Upon request, you can also have a direct, priority call line to the dispatching office.

In order to benefit from these services, please contact us at b2b@sibelga.be.

Your KAM, your dedicated contact point

For any question relating to a project, work, a technical question, an invoice etc. In short, for any request relating to your customer cabin, please do not hesitate to contact your Key Account Manager. He/she is your dedicated contact point at Sibelga.
