NRClick Scan : success stories

Since 2011, Sibelga, with the support of the Office of the Brussels Energy Minister and Brussels Environment, has been providing public authorities with NRClick Scan, a monitoring tool that collects and stores energy consumption data for one or more buildings, such as natural gas, electricity, water, fuels and heat.

These data can then be analysed. Moreover, thanks to this analysis, the public authorities and Sibelga can detect malfunctions, but also highlight the energy savings made thanks to energy improvement work, for example. A mobile application is also available to encode indexes!

We met with NRClick Scan users who agreed to share their experience with us:

“It’s been 2 years since I joined the team of the CPAS, the Public Centre for Social Welfare, of the City of Brussels as an energy adviser. I immediately adopted the NRClick Scan tool. The training I received also helped me a lot.  The City’s CPAS manages a property portfolio of 300 buildings, with a total surface area of almost 400,000 m². This tool allows us to monitor the consumption data of buildings equipped with data loggers, to detect malfunctions and to correct them. We also have a mobile application. Thanks to a QR code placed on the meters, each month our employees can scan and encode the indexes of buildings that are not yet equipped with data loggers or that are read annually. In fact, we have already seen excessive gas and electricity consumption compared with the previous year. This can be remedied. It’s very effective.” Johanna Boudart, Energy adviser at the CPAS of the City of Brussels

“Eight of our buildings, with a total surface area of 35,000 m², are currently equipped with data loggers that send our consumption data to the NRClick Scan platform. NRClick Scan allows us to get a quick view of the consumption information of our buildings. Sibelga’s NRClick team is very responsive and always ready to answer our questions. I was also able to follow the ‘basic’ NRClick Scan training offered by Sibelga. The next step is to follow the ‘advanced’ training to allow us to optimise the functionalities offered by this tool.” Domitien Gillet, Energy Manager at the BRPS

As you can see, the NRClick Scan team offers tailor-made support. Training sessions are also organised on 3 levels: “Basic”, “Advanced” and “Expert”. All you have to do is sign up! To find out more about our training dates, go to the Sibelga Academy website!
